If a full report, the Scam Defense Pack, or an Unlimited plan did not help you, email support@scamcheck.pro within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling Unlimited

You can cancel an Unlimited subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Annual plans are covered by the same 7-day guarantee from the date of each charge.

Email support@scamcheck.pro with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate date of the charge. Never include card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.
